Quality Assurance Associate

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality standards and processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor and audit Sysco’s products and services for quality assurance
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve quality goals
• Document quality assurance processes and procedures
• Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action
• Provide technical and operational support to other departments
• Communicate quality assurance processes and results to other departments
• Maintain records of quality assurance activities
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulations
