Sysco is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Product Owner - Salesforce Sales Cloud to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and business operations.To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, as well as a passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into product solutions. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud platform to meet customer and business needs.
  2. Understand customer needs to translate them into product solutions.
  3. Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
  4. Monitor and maintain the performance of Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
  5. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Sales Cloud updates and features.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to maximize platform efficiency.
  7. Provide training and support to users of Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
  9. Monitor and report on key metrics related to Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
