Produce Quality Control Associate

Responsibilities of the Produce Quality Control Associate:

1. Inspect and grade produce items according to company standards and customer requirements.
2. Sort produce items according to quality and safety standards.
3. Maintain detailed records of quality control processes.
4. Ensure that all produce items meet safety and quality standards.
5. Monitor the production process and alert supervisors to any issues.
6. Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems.
7. Train and mentor junior staff in quality control processes.
8. Assist with other tasks as needed.
9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
10. Work closely with other departments to ensure product quality.
