
National Vice President Sales
The National Vice President of Sales at Sysco is a key leadership role responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the sales force. - Lead a multi-state sales team to reach monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales processes and procedures.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for the sales team.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team to ensure high-performance standards.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
