Merchandising Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor current market trends and customer preferences to ensure the company is meeting customer demands.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and customers.
3. Track and analyze sales data and make strategic recommendations for category management, merchandising, and promotional activities.
4. Prepare detailed reports on promotional activities and customer feedback.
5. Assist with creating and implementing plans for product launches and promotional campaigns.
6. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure merchandise is properly stocked and priced.
7. Lead and manage projects from start to finish.
8. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
9. Manage inventory levels and monitor stock availability.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
