- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities for the company.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and understand market trends and competitor activities.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to promote the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and promotions.
- Identify and attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

- Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and customer satisfaction.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Sales, Or Account Management.
Strong Understanding Of The Food Industry And Distribution Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Driving New Business Growth And Achieving Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
