  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  5. Utilize networking and prospecting techniques to establish new relationships and expand business.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  7. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  8. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure profitable deals for the company.
  9. Monitor and track sales performance and report on progress to senior management.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and strategies to drive business growth.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to overall success.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  15. Maintain a deep understanding of the foodservice industry and keep up-to-date with market trends and developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Preferably In The Food Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Developing New Business Opportunities.

  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills.
