  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for the company.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster partnerships and secure business opportunities.
  3. Lead and manage the Business Development team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve targets.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure effective and efficient execution of sales strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  7. Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads for potential partnerships.
  9. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  10. Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
