We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Inventory Control Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of inventory control experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. The successful candidate will have a track record of leading successful teams and possess excellent organizational and problem solving skills. This position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.The Inventory Control Manager will play a key role in ensuring that the company is supplied with the necessary inventory to meet customer demands in an efficient and cost effective manner. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to think critically and make sound decisions to ensure the success of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the company is supplied with the necessary inventory to meet customer demands in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory control processes.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory and data.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and distributors.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder stock as necessary.
- Manage inventory returns and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Monitor and evaluate inventory control performance.
- Provide guidance and training to inventory control staff.
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
