Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Inventory Control Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of inventory control experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. The successful candidate will have a track record of leading successful teams and possess excellent organizational and problem solving skills. This position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.The Inventory Control Manager will play a key role in ensuring that the company is supplied with the necessary inventory to meet customer demands in an efficient and cost effective manner. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to think critically and make sound decisions to ensure the success of the organization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about inventory control and who has a proven track record of success in this field. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the company is supplied with the necessary inventory to meet customer demands in an efficient and cost effective manner.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory control processes.
  3. Ensure accuracy of inventory and data.
  4. Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and distributors.
  6. Monitor stock levels and reorder stock as necessary.
  7. Manage inventory returns and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  8. Monitor and evaluate inventory control performance.
  9. Provide guidance and training to inventory control staff.
  10. Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
