  1. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity at all times.
  2. Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile any discrepancies with inventory levels.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
  4. Work closely with the purchasing and receiving teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and make recommendations for inventory adjustments.
  6. Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly recorded and documented.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory control procedures.
  8. Train and mentor new team members on inventory control processes and systems.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory-related issues.
  10. Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures relating to inventory management.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  12. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  13. Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to improve inventory control processes.
  14. Utilize inventory management software and tools to track and analyze inventory data.
  15. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency With Inventory Management Systems: The Inventory Control Associate Should Have Experience Working With An Inventory Management System, Such As Sap Or Oracle, To Accurately Track And Maintain Inventory Levels.

  • Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Inventory Counts Are Accurate And Discrepancies Are Quickly Identified And Resolved.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: As An Inventory Control Associate, The Ability To Keep Track Of Multiple Inventory Items And Prioritize Tasks Is Essential To Maintaining An Efficient Inventory Management Process.

  • Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations: Familiarity With Warehouse Operations And Procedures, Such As Receiving, Storing, And Shipping Inventory, Is Important For This Role To Understand The Overall Inventory Management Process.

  • Team Player: The Inventory Control Associate Will Work Closely With Other Team Members, Such As Warehouse Staff And Purchasing Agents, To Ensure Inventory Levels Are Maintained And Any Issues Are Resolved In A Timely Manner. A Collaborative And Team-Oriented Attitude Is Essential For This Role.
