1. Receive Incoming Products: The Inbound Receiver is responsible for physically receiving all products delivered to the facility, ensuring they match the purchase order and are in good condition.
2. Document Products: The Inbound Receiver will accurately document all incoming products, including product name, quantity, and any discrepancies, in the inventory management system.
3. Organize and Store Products: Upon receiving, the Inbound Receiver will be responsible for organizing and storing products in designated areas, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly labeled.
4. Communicate with Suppliers: The Inbound Receiver will communicate with suppliers to address any discrepancies or issues with the delivered products, and ensure timely resolution.
5. Collaborate with Team: The Inbound Receiver will work closely with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and efficient receiving and storage of products.
6. Maintain Inventory Accuracy: The Inbound Receiver will regularly conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent stock shortages.
