Job Description

Sysco is seeking an experienced and talented Facilitation & Training Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about training, has a track record of successful facilitation and training initiatives, and is a team player. The Facilitation & Training Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering training that meets business objectives and ensures maximum employee engagement and productivity.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilitation and training in a corporate environment, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field. The Facilitation & Training Manager must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to lead and motivate a team, and be a problem solver with creative solutions. They must also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.If you are a team-oriented professional with a passion for training and facilitation, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training initiatives that meet business objectives and ensure maximum employee engagement and productivity.
  2. Lead and motivate a training team to ensure successful facilitation and training initiatives.
  3. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  4. Develop creative solutions to problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in the field of facilitation and training.
  6. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend changes as needed.
  7. Remain current on emerging technologies and advancements in the field.
  8. Create and enforce training standards and policies.
  9. Develop and implement training plans and materials.
  10. Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
