Facilitation & Training Manager

Sysco is seeking an experienced and talented Facilitation & Training Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about training, has a track record of successful facilitation and training initiatives, and is a team player. The Facilitation & Training Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering training that meets business objectives and ensures maximum employee engagement and productivity.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilitation and training in a corporate environment, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field. The Facilitation & Training Manager must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to lead and motivate a team, and be a problem solver with creative solutions. 6. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend changes as needed.

8. Create and enforce training standards and policies.
9. Develop and implement training plans and materials.
10. Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
