Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented professional to join the Sysco team as our Director of Customer Experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the customer service space, a proven track record of success, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.The Director of Customer Experience will be accountable for developing and executing the customer experience strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and analytically. The Director of Customer Experience will also be responsible for managing customer feedback, implementing processes that drive customer satisfaction, and developing customer service initiatives to ensure consistent and outstanding customer experiences.To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in the customer service space. Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute customer experience strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
