Sysco is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team! We’re looking for an individual with a can-do attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate is a great communicator, has strong problem-solving skills, and is comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of customer service experience, knowledge of customer service principles and practices, exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism. Additionally, experience with a CRM system is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a fast and professional manner.
- Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and online messages in a timely manner.
- Utilize a CRM system to document customer interactions and create case profiles.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to issues.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Assist in training new customer service employees.
- Remain up to date on product and service offerings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
