  1. Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  2. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while representing the company and its products/services.
  3. Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell products/services to clients.
  4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery to meet clients' expectations.
  6. Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve any client issues or concerns.
  7. Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company goals.
  9. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
  12. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products/services and generate new business opportunities.
