  1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Sysco's product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  2. Actively engage and build relationships with new and existing customers to identify and meet their needs and promote customer retention.
  3. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives to drive business growth.
  4. Utilize strong sales techniques to negotiate and close sales with customers.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and market research.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery to customers.
  7. Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position Sysco's products and services in the market.
  10. Participate in regular training and development opportunities to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  11. Represent Sysco at trade shows and industry events to promote the company's brand and products.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of competitors' products and pricing to effectively differentiate Sysco's offerings.
  13. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards to maintain a positive and professional image of the company.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions to enhance the overall customer experience.
