Cash Applications Representative

1. Accurately process and post customer payments received in a timely manner.
2. Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely application of funds.
3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
4. Adhere to company policies and procedures in regards to cash application.
5. Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments.
6. Ensure all payments are applied to the correct accounts and invoices.
7. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all cash transactions.
8. Collaborate with other members of the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
9. Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to management.
10. Continuously monitor and improve cash application processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
11. Maintain a strong understanding of accounting principles and apply them in daily tasks.
12. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
