Accounts Receivable Associate

• Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Analyze and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitor and collect payments from customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts receivable balances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
• Prepare reports and summaries of accounts receivable activity.
• Prepare and maintain customer accounts.
• Work cooperatively with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
• Follow up with customers regarding past-due accounts.
