Wholesale Relationship Associate

We’re looking for an experienced Wholesale Relationship Associate to join Synovus’s dynamic team! Our ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and the ability to quickly build relationships with our clients. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale clients, as well as providing them with excellent service.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management in the financial services industry. You must also be highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition, you should have a thorough understanding of banking products and services and be able to identify opportunities to upsell. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients • Provide exceptional customer service to clients • Identify opportunities to upsell banking products and services • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Remain organized and have an understanding of banking products and services • Communicate effectively, both in person and in writing • Assist clients with any inquiries or requests they may have • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships • Monitor client accounts to ensure they are in compliance with regulations • Review and update client information and records • Keep abreast of industry developments and trends
