
Loan Originator Assistant
Performs a variety of complex clerical duties to provide administrative and operational support to the branch mortgage production staff to ensure effective branch operations. Supports marketing and advertising efforts in the branch. Assists processing center with obtaining loan information. Assists with scheduling of closing. Manages branch cross-sell reporting through S-Link. Assists with data entry of Empower. Maintains P & P in branch: keeps updated Keeps track of all memo and files in a central location. Greets customers, answers phones, copying, etc. Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role.
3+ years job related experience
Working knowledge of database, spreadsheet and word processing programs
Bank and/or mortgage experience
