In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of our office spaces, as well as managing our real estate portfolio.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for workplace services and real estate management.
  2. Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of all office spaces.
  3. Manage the real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leases.
  4. Monitor and optimize workplace operations to ensure efficiency and comfort for employees.
  5. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of existing facilities and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of workplace services with overall business objectives.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for workplace services and real estate activities.
  8. Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor relationships for facility management services.
  9. Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations related to workplace facilities and real estate.
  10. Hire, train, and manage a team of workplace services and real estate professionals.
  11. Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership to provide regular updates on workplace services and real estate initiatives.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in workplace management and real estate to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as landlords and contractors.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks related to workplace services and real estate.
  15. Foster a positive and productive work culture within the workplace services and real estate team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Workplace Services And Real Estate Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Workplace Services And Real Estate Operations, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Collaborating With Multiple Departments And Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Management Skills Are A Must-Have For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Workplace Services And Real Estate Management. This Will Ensure That Synovus Stays Ahead Of The Curve And Maintains A Competitive Edge.

  • Financial Acumen: The Director Will Be Responsible For Managing Budgets, Negotiating Contracts, And Making Strategic Decisions Related To Workplace Services And Real Estate. A Strong Financial Acumen And The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Financial Data Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
