Job Description

As a Vice President of Portfolio Credit - Home & Auto at Synchrony, you will have the opportunity to lead a high performing team in driving the credit risk management and credit portfolio performance for our Home & Auto portfolios. You will leverage your expertise in risk management, credit policy and analytics to drive portfolio performance, develop and execute strategies and drive overall credit risk management for our Home & Auto portfolios.We're seeking a motivated individual with extensive experience in consumer credit risk management, credit policy and analytics. To be successful, you must have a track record of leading teams, business acumen and the ability to think strategically to develop effective solutions. Additionally, you must have a passion for customer experience and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field and 10+ years of consumer credit risk management experience.
