The Technical Cyber Intelligence Leader will be responsible for developing, managing and continuously improving the cyber intelligence program and operations in alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will be a key member of the cyber security team, working with various business stakeholders to protect Synchrony systems and data from cyber threats.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a combination of exceptional technical knowledge and analytical skills, combined with the ability to communicate complex technical matters in an understandable fashion. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of cyber security principles and best practices, as well as experience in leading and managing cyber intelligence operations.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field• 5+ years of experience in cyber intelligence, cyber security or related field• 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team• Proven experience in developing and managing complex cyber intelligence operations• Certifications in related fields (CISSP, CISM, etc.) a plus• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills• Strong organizational and planning skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
