Synchrony is seeking an experienced Source-to-Pay Ops Leader to join our team and take the lead on our Source-to-Pay operations. If you have the drive, leadership skills and knowledge to succeed in this role, we’d love to hear from you.This role requires a highly organized individual with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role managing Source-to-Pay operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with a global team and making a significant impact on our organization.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and systems. You will be comfortable with taking ownership of projects and working with cross-functional teams.
