If so, Synchrony is looking for a Health & Wellness Data Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights to deliver meaningful, impactful health and wellness initiatives, programs, and activities for our Synchrony family. You will be part of the team that drives the success of our health and wellness initiatives by leveraging data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that can be used to inform strategy and implementation.We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who has strong data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of health and wellness. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful change.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, data modeling, and data visualization • Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools • Experience working with healthcare and/or wellness data • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Understanding of health and wellness and related trends and topics • Ability to build relationships and partner with stakeholders If this role sounds like a great fit for your skills and experience, we invite you to apply today and join our team!
