Job Description

At Synchrony, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Servicing Scrum Master to join our team and help us drive our digital servicing initiatives forward. We need someone with a passion for process efficiency and a talent for teamwork, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you'll need 5+ years of Scrum Master experience on a digital servicing team, as well as a strong understanding of Agile methodology and user experience design. You should also have a proven track record of successful project delivery, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication and organizational skills. If you have these qualifications, we'd love to hear from you.
