Authentication Leader

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Authentication Leader to join the Synchrony team. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and problem-solver, with an impressive background in authentication, information security, and software engineering. This individual must also have a deep understanding of customer identity and access management (CIAM) best practices and emerging technologies. The Authentication Leader will work closely with the Security team to ensure our customer data is secure and our customer authentication processes are reliable and efficient.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Additionally, at least 5 years of experience in authentication, authorization, and security engineering is required. Experience with customer authentication strategies, technologies, and standards is also necessary. Finally, the candidate must be comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
