Test Development Engineer

Working closely with subcons, you will release robust production test solutions for offshore manufacturing. Supporting test activities after release to production including test time reductions and yield improvements will also be part of your role. Lead the ATE development (both h/w and s/w) for complex mixed signal IC’s. Jointly develop test plans with cross functional teams to optimize test coverage while minimizing test cost. Lead the characterization of mixed signal ICs on mainframe ATE platforms including Teradyne UltraFLEX and Advantest 93K. Lead ATE-to-bench correlation activities on critical parameters. Work closely with development team to debug new test methods and silicon issues. Support post release to production tasks including and test time reductions and yield enhancements.
