Job Description

The candidate will versed in video technology, like solving problems, have a passion for working with custmers. He should have excellent communcaiton skills to effectively discuss technical issues with customers and colleagues in other locations to find optimal solutions. Assist cusotmers in system devlopment and bring-up. Communicate technical topics effectively with other team members in the business unit to collaborate on solutions. Be able to diagnose and solve systems and software issues. Actively do testing of both FW/SW updates as well as hardware updates. Train cusotmers and FAEs on video technology and our video products.

Job Qualifications

  • Have a working knowldge of video technology - DisplayPort or HDMI

  • Understand computer systems and computer architectures

  • 4+ years of related experience
