Job Description

At Swiss Re, we are looking for a passionate, talented, and driven Talent & Change Partner to join our iptiQ team. Our ideal Talent & Change Partner is a creative problem solver who is eager to learn and has a passion for making a positive impact on our organization.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. You must also have a minimum of three years' experience in a Talent & Change role, as well as a strong understanding of adult learning theories and change management principles. Moreover, you should be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.If you have a passion for helping people reach their potential, and if you want to work for a company that is making a positive impact on the world, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and facilitate Talent & Change programs and workshops
  2. Develop effective change management plans
  3. Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  4. Lead change initiatives and ensure their effective implementation
  5. Monitor the progress and impact of change initiatives
  6. Analyze and identify areas of improvement in Talent & Change processes and systems
  7. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders during change initiatives
  8. Develop and deliver training and development sessions for employees
  9. Stay abreast of changes in the Talent & Change field and ensure best practices are applied
  10. Act as a mentor and coach to team members and stakeholders
