You must also have a minimum of three years' experience in a Talent & Change role, as well as a strong understanding of adult learning theories and change management principles. Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate Talent & Change programs and workshops
- Develop effective change management plans
- Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Lead change initiatives and ensure their effective implementation
- Monitor the progress and impact of change initiatives
- Analyze and identify areas of improvement in Talent & Change processes and systems
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders during change initiatives
- Develop and deliver training and development sessions for employees
- Stay abreast of changes in the Talent & Change field and ensure best practices are applied
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members and stakeholders
