Parametric Nat Cat Underwriter

Swiss Re is seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Parametric Nat Cat Underwriter to join our team of experts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the underwriting and portfolio management of our Nat Cat parametric portfolio. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate the underwriting and portfolio management of the Nat Cat parametric portfolio.
2. Provide technical and analytical support to the team.
3. Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve portfolio performance.
4. Analyze and interpret data to identify risks and opportunities.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure objectives are met.
6. Remain up-to-date on industry news and trends to inform decision making.
7. Develop relationships with clients and build a network of industry contacts.
8. Mentor and coach junior team members.
9. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
10. Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external use.
