- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of all medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of supplies to meet patient care needs.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Procurement, And Inventory Management.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Vice President And Chief Supply Chain Officer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Supply Chain Professionals. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Inspiring A Team, As Well As The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Initiatives.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations: Sutter Health Is A Large Healthcare Organization, And The Vice President And Chief Supply Chain Officer Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Compliance With Industry Regulations And Standards. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Healthcare Compliance Regulations And Be Able To Navigate Complex Regulatory Environments.
