  1. Provide administrative support to the Maternal Newborn unit by managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and maintaining supply inventory.
  2. Assist nursing staff with patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs, monitoring symptoms, and assisting with basic medical procedures.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing updates on care and addressing any concerns or questions.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized unit, including stocking supplies, changing linens, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient and coordinated care for patients.
  6. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including patient confidentiality and infection control protocols.
  7. Display compassion and empathy towards new mothers and their babies, offering emotional support and assistance as needed.
  8. Continuously monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
  10. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families, promoting a high level of patient satisfaction and overall experience.

Job Qualifications
