The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a variety of training programs and initiatives across the organization, while providing exceptional customer service and support.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, as well as experience delivering training programs. They must be proficient in the use of technology and Microsoft Office Suite applications, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must be able to work with a variety of people in a fast-paced environment and be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
