  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods, including job postings, networking, referrals, and social media, to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the organization's qualifications and culture fit.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to leverage additional resources for candidate sourcing.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.
  • Stay compliant with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Maintain and update recruitment-related documentation and records.
  • Participate in special projects related to talent acquisition and other HR initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Experience Utilizing Various Sourcing Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Recruiters, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Hiring Goals And Metrics.
