
Talent Acquisition Manager

- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, including job postings, networking, referrals, and social media, to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the organization's qualifications and culture fit.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to leverage additional resources for candidate sourcing.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.
- Stay compliant with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Maintain and update recruitment-related documentation and records.
- Participate in special projects related to talent acquisition and other HR initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Experience Utilizing Various Sourcing Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Recruiters, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Hiring Goals And Metrics.
