Job Description

We at Sutter Health are looking for a highly-motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant, Workforce Planning to join our dynamic team. If you are dedicated to driving an effective recruitment process, have a passion for working with people, and are an analytical problem solver, then this is the position for you!As our Talent Acquisition Consultant, Workforce Planning, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to identify, assess, and hire top talent. You will collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand the current and future organization-wide needs and lead talent acquisition processes to meet those needs.The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and/or recruitment. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a track record of success in talent acquisition and workforce planning, this is the opportunity for you!
