Job Description

At Sutter Health, we are looking for a Sterile Processing Technician who is passionate about providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting and be knowledgeable about the sterilization process. The Sterile Processing Technician will be responsible for the preparation, packaging, distribution, and sterilization of medical and surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting and must have knowledge of sterilization processes and principles of aseptic technique. A high school diploma or GED is also required. The Sterile Processing Technician must be detail-oriented and organized and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and has the drive and commitment to excel in the role.
