  1. Operate and maintain all equipment and systems within the facility, including but not limited to boilers, chillers, pumps, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.
  2. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  3. Troubleshoot and repair any equipment malfunctions or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Monitor and record equipment readings and make adjustments as necessary.
  5. Respond to and resolve any emergency situations that may arise, such as power outages or equipment failures.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks as assigned.
  8. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices for equipment maintenance and operation.
  10. Adhere to all Sutter Health policies and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with other staff members and departments to coordinate and prioritize work.
  12. Be available for on-call shifts and work flexible hours as needed.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
