- Operate and maintain all equipment and systems within the facility, including but not limited to boilers, chillers, pumps, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair any equipment malfunctions or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and record equipment readings and make adjustments as necessary.
- Respond to and resolve any emergency situations that may arise, such as power outages or equipment failures.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks as assigned.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices for equipment maintenance and operation.
