1. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all mechanical systems and equipment in our facilities.
2. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed.
3. Monitor and maintain proper temperatures, pressures, and levels for all equipment and systems.
4. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with outside contractors as necessary.
5. Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
