- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all mechanical systems and equipment in our facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed.
- Monitor and maintain proper temperatures, pressures, and levels for all equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with outside contractors as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed, as well as equipment inventory.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Respond to emergency situations and perform necessary repairs to minimize any potential disruptions to operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to ensure the most efficient and effective practices are being utilized.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other staff to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruptions to daily operations.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

A High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Completion Of A Recognized Apprenticeship Program Or Equivalent Work Experience As A Stationary Engineer
Valid Certification As A Stationary Engineer From A Recognized Institution Or Organization
Strong Knowledge Of Hvac Systems, Electrical Systems, And Plumbing Systems
Ability To Troubleshoot And Perform Repairs On Various Equipment And Systems In A Timely Manner To Minimize Disruptions To Hospital Operations
