  1. Coordinate and manage staffing needs for multiple healthcare facilities within the Sutter Health system.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to identify and address staffing shortages and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  4. Utilize scheduling software and systems to track employee availability, time-off requests, and shift changes.
  5. Communicate effectively with employees to confirm shifts, address scheduling conflicts, and provide updates on staffing changes.
  6. Monitor and track employee attendance and punctuality, addressing any issues and reporting to management as needed.
  7. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling interviews and completing necessary paperwork.
  8. Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Prepare reports and analyze data related to staffing and scheduling to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential cost savings.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to employees, patients, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies, procedures, and best practices related to staffing and scheduling.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
  13. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to providing high-quality services to support the mission and values of Sutter Health.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Staffing Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Employment Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.

  • Experience Using Hris And Applicant Tracking Systems, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
