  1. Coordinate and manage staffing needs for multiple healthcare facilities within Sutter Health.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure a reliable pool of staff for various positions.
  3. Use effective communication skills to facilitate the hiring and onboarding process for new staff members.
  4. Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and make appropriate adjustments.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff schedules, availability, and time-off requests.
  6. Continuously monitor and adjust staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize disruptions.
  7. Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.
  8. Respond promptly and efficiently to staffing emergencies and unexpected absences.
  9. Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to staffing and scheduling.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential staffing issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
  11. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts or issues related to staffing and scheduling.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to staffing and scheduling.
  13. Conduct regular evaluations of staffing processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Develop and maintain reports on staff productivity, attendance, and turnover.
  15. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed and up-to-date on organizational goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Recruiting, Onboarding, And Staff Scheduling Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees, Managers, And External Candidates.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Hris Systems, Such As Workday Or Adp.
