  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in our NICU unit.
  2. Monitor and assess the health status of neonatal patients, including vital signs, developmental progress, and response to treatment.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following proper protocols and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonatal patients.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and emotional support throughout their stay in the NICU.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  7. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
  8. Stay current with advancements and best practices in neonatal nursing, participating in ongoing education and training opportunities.
  9. Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced nurses, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Adhere to Sutter Health's mission, vision, and values, and uphold professional standards and ethical principles in all interactions and duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field

  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of California
