  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the emergency department.
  2. Support the transition and development of new nurses by serving as a mentor and offering guidance and support.
  3. Utilize strong clinical skills and knowledge to assess and implement appropriate care plans for patients.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  5. Serve as a resource and provide education to patients and their families regarding their health and treatment plans.
  6. Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment.
  8. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
  9. Serve as a positive and professional representative of Sutter Health and uphold the organization's values and standards.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by communicating effectively with team members and demonstrating a willingness to assist and support colleagues.
  12. Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in emergency nursing and incorporate evidence-based practices into daily work.
  13. Maintain a patient-centered approach and strive to provide exceptional patient experiences.
  14. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice at all times.
  15. Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing patient needs and organizational demands.
