- Provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

Bachelor Of Science In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bsn Degree Is Required For A Staff Nurse Ii Position In The Intensive Care Unit At Sutter Health. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory, Clinical Practice, And Critical Thinking Skills Necessary For A High-Level Nursing Position.
Registered Nurse (Rn) License: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Active Rn License In The State Of California. This License Ensures That The Nurse Has Met All The Necessary Requirements And Has Demonstrated Competency In Their Nursing Practice.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Icu Setting: A Staff Nurse Ii Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Intensive Care Unit. This Experience Allows The Nurse To Have A Strong Understanding Of Critical Care Nursing And The Specialized Skills Needed To Care For Critically Ill Patients.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification: Sutter Health Requires All Staff Nurses Ii In The Icu To Have A Current Acls Certification. This Certification Demonstrates The Nurse's Knowledge And Skills In Managing Cardiac Emergencies And Is Crucial In The Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment Of The Icu.
