  1. Provide compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
  2. Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality patient care.
  3. Monitor and assess patient conditions, and promptly report any changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
  7. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
  8. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  9. Respond to emergencies and provide immediate interventions as needed.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  11. Act as a resource and mentor to other nursing staff.
  12. Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
  13. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice.
  14. Prioritize patient safety and advocate for patients' rights.
  15. Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients, families, and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.

  • Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications.

  • Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Staff Nurse In An Icu Setting.

  • Strong Critical Thinking Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment.
