Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Staff Nurse Ii At Sutter Health Must Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Have A Valid And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Icu Experience: To Qualify For The Staff Nurse Ii Position, Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Setting.
Bls And Acls Certification: The Candidate Must Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) By The American Heart Association.
Excellent Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: A Staff Nurse Ii Must Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals And Critically Think To Make Quick And Accurate Decisions In Emergency Situations.
