- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Services department.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the emergency setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and medications.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care to patients in critical conditions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Mentor and educate new staff members and students.
- Attend trainings and educational opportunities to stay current on emergency care practices.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare facilities for patient transfers and referrals.
- Act as a patient advocate and uphold ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Active Rn License In The State Of California
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Higher
Current Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Emergency Department Setting
