- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure efficient and effective treatment of patients.
- Adhere to all established protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, communicate any changes or concerns to physicians, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and accurately document all patient interactions and interventions.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced nursing staff and assist with their professional development.
- Remain calm and composed in high-stress situations and effectively prioritize tasks to ensure prompt and efficient patient care.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications
