Rn Licensure: A Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License Is A Basic Requirement For A Staff Nurse Position At Sutter Health. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Provide Safe And Effective Patient Care.
Critical Care Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Critical Care Setting, Preferably In An Icu Or Cpu Unit. This Experience Demonstrates The Ability To Handle Complex And High-Acuity Patients.
Acls Certification: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification Is A Must For A Staff Nurse In The Icu/Cpu Unit. This Certification Shows That The Candidate Has The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Respond To Cardiac Emergencies And Provide Advanced Life Support.
