- Provide compassionate and exceptional care to patients and their families in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and their families.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide effective and efficient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and facilitate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care.
- Serve as a role model for professional behavior and standards of practice.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care provided.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on current healthcare practices and technology.

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Emergency Department Setting.
Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications.
Valid Rn License In The State Of California.
Strong Critical Thinking And Assessment Skills.
